PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO PURCHASE:
There are multiple options here to allow you to build your own clipless body mounts that will work with custom cars and trucks here that have 6mm body posts.
CHASSIS (Options only include 2 pieces)
The base chassis side pieces are designed for use with 6mm diameter body posts and will not work with larger pieces. Please see the image with the specifications for the body side pieces to ensure it will work for your setup (there is a minimum height so it will not work for all vehicles). Since some people only want to purchase for a cab only this option comes with only 2 pieces, please order 2 sets if you need all four pieces for a standard vehicle.
BODY SIDE (Options include 2 pairs (top/bottom pieces) for both driver and passenger sides)
There are multiple options here due to variations in your chosen body. Each selection comes with a PAIR (driver and passenger side) of body mounts (topside and bottom side pieces) and the respective hardware. The taller the piece the larger the gap between the chassis piece and the underside of the body piece when locked (this is to account for sloping hoods, windscreens, etc. and to give you multiple options to fit your specific vehicle. If you have any questions just please reach out prior to ordering as there are no returns for these parts.
If your body is FLAT and the thickness of the lexan is 1mm or less then I recommend the 10mm option.
If your body has ridges (think faux bed liners/features) OR has ~10° angle/slope then select the 12mm option (~3mm gap between body & chassis pieces).
If your body has a 17° angle/slope then select the 14mm option (~5mm gap between body & chassis pieces).
If your body has a 23.6° angle/slope then select the 16mm option (~7mm gap between body & chassis pieces).
The easiest way to measure the angle of your body is to use an app on your phone and place the body level with respect to the chassis and then measure the angle where the body mounts will sit at that point on the body (see example images).
Warranty Note: Due to the nature of these parts on there is NO fitment guarantee on this item (if you have an issue with it fitting your specific vehicle please reach out as I can help you troubleshoot)! There is a 30 day warranty on the chassis side pieces. If the chassis side pieces break in the first 30 days after receiving it (under normal use, does not cover bashing damage) please reach out to me and I can help get you a replacement. If it breaks anytime after that please reach out and I would be happy to help understand the failure and get you a discounted replacement. Since the design is multiple parts and if only one part breaks I will help you replace that single piece at a discounted rate. I want to make sure my customers are happy so please reach out if you have any issues.
